What is the Japanese Takeoka Style?

Takeoka-style ramen is a local ramen that originated in the Uchibo area of Chiba Prefecture in Japan (such as Takeoka, Futtsu City).

It is characterized by a pitch-black soup with soy sauce sauce sauce, boiled water, and meat flavor, and condiments such as diced onions, large char siu pork, and dried noodles.

Cut 600 grams of the pork belly block in half. Put it in the pot.

After 50 minutes of boiling the meat, the chashu is done. Remove the chashu from the pot and strain the sauce.

Prepare the chashu, onions, noodles and your favorite ingredients. Common ramen ingredients like boiled eggs are recommended, but boiled shellfish, crustaceans and other seafood are also delicious.

Prepare two pots and bring water to a boil. Once the water comes to a boil, boil the noodles.

When the water is done boiling, pour the water without the noodles into the dish with 40cc of sauce and adjust the seasoning. First of all, I’d like to see how it is with about 300cc of water, but I leave it to your taste.

When the taste is good, add the noodles and ingredients and it’s done.
